Steam punk inspiration
Steam punk originated in the 1980's and it is a subculture or genre of science fiction fantasy. It focuses largely on the Victorian era with an emphasis on mechanical technologies. Steam punk jewelry incorporates Victorian styling, cogs, watch movements. The inspiration for the movement comes from the writings of authors HG Wells, Jules Vern (Time Machine and 20 Thousand Leagues Under The Sea.)
